is to improve the lives of the residents of the Eastside of St. Paul,
by empowering
individuals, strengthening families, and promoting their independence.
Since its beginning, MCS has been serving the Eastside community in partnership with other agencies, business and community residents.
MCS believes that by working together, we can transform our community into a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
